Wellness Empowered is a holistic wellbeing business based in Standish, run by Julie Green, offering a range of complementary therapies and wellbeing services.

Julie offers treatments including reflexology, Reiki, crystal healing, oriental face massage, tuning fork therapy, womb Reiki and auricular acupuncture, with sessions tailored to the individual.

Alongside her therapies, Julie also offers therapeutic coaching for women, helping clients explore areas including confidence, boundaries and personal development. Wellness Empowered also runs cacao ceremonies, women’s retreats and other wellbeing sessions.

Julie describes her approach as creating a welcoming space where people can take some time for themselves and explore different ways of supporting their wellbeing.
