Lesley is the woman behind C’est La Vie Buffets, an Ashton-in-Makerfield catering business which started in 2017 after what began as a hobby making buffets for family and friends grew into something much bigger.

Lesley provides hot and cold catering for all kinds of occasions, alongside afternoon teas, sweet cones, seasonal gifts and favours, covering Ashton, Wigan, St Helens and surrounding areas.

C’est La Vie is registered with Wigan Council as a home-based caterer, and Lesley says the business has achieved the top food hygiene rating of 5 at each of its inspections. She is also trained in food hygiene, food intolerances and allergens, and catering for different dietary and lifestyle requirements.

C’est La Vie’s business has grown largely through returning customers.
